Short version: Bones is a dominoes game for iOS. Use it fairly, keep your username clean, and understand that any in-app purchases are cosmetic and handled by Apple. These terms are the agreement between you and us — Apple is not a party to them, but is a beneficiary entitled to enforce them.
By downloading or using Bones ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Offline play against bots is available to anyone. Online multiplayer requires Sign in with Apple and you must confirm you are 13 years of age or older (or the higher minimum digital age of consent in your region) to create an account and play online.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license does not allow you to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App, or to use it in any way other than as intended.
Bones is free to download and the full game is free to play. The App offers optional cosmetic in-app purchases — tile and board skins, and credit packs used to unlock them.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, reset statistics, or remove content that violates these terms.
Online features depend on our servers and your network connection. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including online multiplayer, at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App (if any) to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support for the App. To the extent the App handles any product claims — including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims — those are our responsibility, not Apple's, as between you, us, and Apple.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will notify users within the App. Continued use of Bones after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
